In Ship Runner players must traverse an infinite random maze of obstacles, machinery and mine fields.
Along the way players must use their skills to think ahead and multi-task as they remove various mines and traps so that they can fly their ship forward.
As well as this the players must change the ship colour as they progress to match that of laser walls that they come across so that they can pass safely.
Occasionally players must fight a boss in which they must dodge attacks and match colour to inflict damage.
